Asphalt Sealcoating
Professional Pavement Maintenance Services

Asphalt Sealcoating
Seal coat can either be brushed or sprayed on and has a relatively quick drying time. It is a layer of protection for asphalt, preventing damage from oil spots and winter salt, drying ultraviolet rays, and water infiltration. Seal coat is a cost effective way to extend the life of your asphalt pavement and make a great first impression. High quality sealants are made of several different materials – coal tar, asphalt emulsions, and acrylic.

Crack Filling/Crack Sealing
Crack filling and crack sealing are often used interchangeably, but they actually mean different things. The main difference is the type of crack that is being worked on. If it is a static crack, then an asphalt crack filler is used that prevents water intrusion. If the crack is one that may continue to flex with the earth, a flexible crack sealer is used that prevents water and debris infiltration while also allowing for future movement.

Repairs
Before sealcoating, our experienced contractors will make any necessary repairs and restore your smooth asphalt surfaces. By repairing issues sooner, rather than later, you can actually save money in the long run. When routine maintenance and asphalt patching is performed in a timely manner, you help prevent more expensive repairs and damage from moisture that enters through the broken pavement surface.
